Cooking Tools & Ingredients
- Thermomix TM5, TM6 or TM7
- 20g pork mince - or your choice of meat (chicken, pork, fish work best)
- 10g soy sauce
- 1-2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 200g long grain white rice
- 1600g water
- 2x eggs
- 2x century egg
- 2x salted egg
- 2x teaspoons of powdered chicken stock
- 2x teaspoons salt
- 1x pinch of ground white pepper
- 10g ginger
- 2x sprigs of fresh coriander
- 2 sprigs of leek/spring onion
Recipe
