Moo Ping (Thai Pork Satay)

Cooking Tools & Ingredients
- 1 kg pork shoulder
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 pcs Coriander roots
- 2 tbsp coriander powder
- 4 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 50 gr palm sugar
- 3 tbsp coconut milk
Step by step
- Cut the pork to into slices ( i prefer slightly thick cut.
- Pound garlic and coriander into a paste.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, mix them well and marinate for at least 3 hours (overnight is best).
- Thread the juicy chunks of marinated meat onto skewer sticks.
- Grill for approximately 10-15 minutes on hot charcoal. Alternatively, you can also use your oven.
- Best to serve with sticky rice when it’s hot!
