
Pad Kra Pao - Chicken

Cooking Tools & Ingredients
- Frying Pan or Wok
- 500g Chicken breast
- 2 cup thai basil
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 3 cloves garlic - minced
- 2 eggs
- Red chili (optional)
Recipe
- Cut the chicken breast to small pieces. You can also use mince chicken, pork or beef for Pad Kra Pao.
- Heat up your pan / wok.
- Sauté the garlic.
- Add chicken and cook throughly (3-5mins).
- Add the seasoning.
- Adjust the taste to your liking.
- Add thai basil. Toss for 10 seconds.
- Heat up your pan, add enough oil to make sunny side egg ( for crispier egg, you need to add a lot more oil).
- Enjoy your Pad Kra Pao with hot rice and sunny side eggs on top.
