Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables

Cooking Tools & Ingredients

  • Wok & Ladle 
  • 1x your choice of greens eg bok choy, choy sum
  • 1x capsicum
  • 1x brown onion 
  • Rice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic
  • 1x cup of water
  • Cooking oil

Recipe 

  1. Prepare the ingredients - slice and/or dice vegetables to your preference. Cook the rice/noodles.
  2. Place wok on the stove/burner and turn on the heat to medium.
  3. Add cooking oil to the wok and wait 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and sautéed for 1-2 minutes, followed by adding in your brown onions. 
  5. Add in your greens and stir for 2-3 minutes minutes.
  6. Add a cup of water.
  7. Add capsicum.
  8. If you are cooking on an outdoor high pressure gas burner, turn heat to 'high' and stir for 1-2 minutes.
  9. Add some salt & pepper to your liking.
  10. Ready to serve with hot rice or noodles.

Serves 2-4 people
