Thai Chicken Larb Salad

We’ve been making and eating so much chicken Larb over the last few weeks. My kids love it.
Preparation & Cooking Time 20 minutes
Cooking Tools & Ingredients
- 500g Chicken breast - minced
- Coriander
- 1/2 pc Red onion sliced
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 2 tbsp Anchovy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Lemon / lime juice
- 2 tbsp Toasted rice powder
- 1 tsp Dried chili flakes
- Fresh chopped Chilli
Recipe
- Cook the minced chicken with small amount of water until well done - approx 4 minutes - drain from the water and allow it to settle.
- When the chicken has cooled down, start adding all of the ingredients and the sauces.
- Mix throughly and you will notice the ingredients start to together (don’t forget the toasted rice).
- Your chicken Laab is ready! Enjoy!
