Thai Chicken Larb Salad

We’ve been making and eating so much chicken Larb over the last few weeks. My kids love it.

Preparation & Cooking Time 20 minutes

Cooking Tools & Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken breast - minced
  • Coriander
  • 1/2 pc Red onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Anchovy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon / lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Toasted rice powder
  • 1 tsp Dried chili flakes
  • Fresh chopped Chilli

Recipe 

  1. Cook the minced chicken with small amount of water until well done - approx 4 minutes - drain from the water and allow it to settle.
  2. When the chicken has cooled down, start adding all of the ingredients and the sauces.
  3. Mix throughly and you will notice the ingredients start to together (don’t forget the toasted rice).
  4. Your chicken Laab is ready! Enjoy!
