Thai Glass Noodle Salad

Ingredients

  • Vermicelli Bean Noodle
  • Prawn
  • Minced Pork
  • Red onion
  • Coriander
  • Red Capsicum
  • Chili ( optional )

Salad dressing:

  • 5 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon / lime juice
  • Adjust to your liking

Steps

  1. Cook your bean vermicelli for 3 minutes and strain.
  2. Cook the prawns for 3 minutes. Be careful to not overcook or it will be tough.
  3. Reduce the water in the pot, then cook the pork mince.
  4. In a bowl prepare your salad dressing - mix sugar, fish sauce, lime juice and chili (optional) then add the rest of the ingredients. 
  5. Mix it well and adjust the taste to your liking.
  6. Enjoy your glass noodle salad!
