Thai Glass Noodle Salad

Ingredients
- Vermicelli Bean Noodle
- Prawn
- Minced Pork
- Red onion
- Coriander
- Red Capsicum
- Chili ( optional )
Salad dressing:
- 5 tbsp Fish sauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Lemon / lime juice
- Adjust to your liking
Steps
- Cook your bean vermicelli for 3 minutes and strain.
- Cook the prawns for 3 minutes. Be careful to not overcook or it will be tough.
- Reduce the water in the pot, then cook the pork mince.
- In a bowl prepare your salad dressing - mix sugar, fish sauce, lime juice and chili (optional) then add the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix it well and adjust the taste to your liking.
- Enjoy your glass noodle salad!
